We’re ProSurvey Apps Limited, a small independent software team founded in early 2026. We build practical apps that help people inspect buildings, organise evidence and produce clear, professional reports.
Our mission
Make surveying simpler: keep evidence, judgement and reporting connected, so less time goes into admin and more goes into understanding the building.
Why we build
One place for the work behind your report
Property work covers very different instructions: a home survey, a commercial inspection, a condition report or a snagging visit. PropertySurvey Pro gives those jobs their own structure while keeping notes, photographs, ratings and reporting together.
Our aim is to make that work easier to carry from site to report. Capture evidence offline on your phone or tablet, use the workspace that fits the instruction, and review the finished report before sharing it.
Useful from the first survey
The core survey and PDF workflow is free. You can put the app to work before deciding whether Pro is right for you.
Your judgement stays central
Smart Build wording and optional AI suggestions are editable. You decide what belongs in the final report.

Our journey so far
One focused app. A growing family.
We set up in early 2026 with DampApp Pro, then moved into PropertySurvey Pro and HousingSurvey Pro. Different surveying needs, with a shared approach to evidence and reporting.
Early 2026
We started with DampApp Pro
Our first focus was damp and timber surveying: keeping site observations, readings, photographs and report writing in one practical workflow.
The next step
We expanded into PropertySurvey Pro
We took that approach into broader property inspections, with tools for General Inspections, Home Surveys and Commercial Surveys.
A growing family
Then came HousingSurvey Pro
Our work expanded to social-housing teams, connecting property evidence with the follow-up work of managing housing conditions and compliance.
Independent by design
Small team. Practical priorities.
We’re building the apps one improvement at a time: clearer workflows, useful tools on site and reports that are easier to bring together. Being small keeps us close to the product and the people using it.
