Available on iOS, Android, and Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs. The bigger screen — with an optional Apple Pencil or Android stylus — makes it easier to tap through condition grids and findings, capture photos and review them at size on site.

The report is compiled on the device itself — multi-page, branded, with no cloud dependency — so you can hand it over before you leave the property.

Yes — the app is fully touch-driven, so an Apple Pencil or Android stylus works the same way your finger does, just with finer control on a larger screen. It is handy for tapping through condition grids and findings and for reviewing photos at size, though no stylus is required.
Does a tablet generate reports faster than a phone?▾
PDF generation runs entirely on the device — there is no server involved — so a more powerful tablet or Apple Silicon Mac builds a multi-page report faster. The larger screen mainly helps with reviewing photos alongside your condition grids before export.
Is there a free version to try on my iPad?▾
Yes. There is a free tier you can download and use to run a report, plus a few trial runs of AI Polish. Pro unlocks a daily AI allowance and the option to add your own Google Gemini or OpenAI key.
