The RICS Home Survey Standard describes three service levels. PropertySurvey Pro makes them a free, dedicated report workflow: select the agreed Level 1, 2 or 3 framework and record D–G elements for the outside, inside, services and grounds. Level 1: Condition
Use where the agreed service is a concise, objective description of condition. Match the inspection and advice to the current standard and your terms of engagement.
Level 2: Homebuyer
Use where the agreed service calls for a more extensive visual inspection, condition ratings and advice. Record limitations and further investigations explicitly.
Level 3: Building
Use where a detailed assessment is appropriate to the property and instruction. The workspace provides more room for evidence and advice without implying destructive investigation.

Yes. You can add your company logo, insert your credentials and disclaimers, and set your terms so the exported PDF reflects your practice's branding.
Does the app pull EPC ratings automatically?▾
PropertySurvey Pro queries the GOV.UK EPC register by postcode to retrieve the registered energy rating and potential upgrades, then renders the recognised A–G colour chart inside the PDF.
How does AI Polish help with RICS wording?▾
Dictate or type shorthand on site and AI Polish drafts structured professional wording that you review and edit before export. It does not determine a condition rating, replace your judgement or make a report compliant. Free users get trial runs; Pro adds a larger allowance plus the option to use your own Google Gemini or OpenAI key.
Does the app work offline in a basement with no signal?▾
Yes. Images, condition ratings, notes and custom checks are stored on the device so fieldwork continues without reception. When you sign in, data syncs across your own devices and backs up per account. No system can guarantee zero data loss, so keep exports and backups as well.
Can we deploy licences across our housing team or council?▾
